Chartered Physiotherapist

As a keen runner, cyclist, and world champion skydiver, Amanda brings a unique perspective to physiotherapy, combining her personal experience as an athlete with over 25 years of clinical expertise. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Sports Physiotherapy and is a Chartered Physiotherapist registered with the Health Professions Council. Amanda is also a certified Clinical Pilates instructor and a member of the Acupuncture Association for Chartered Physiotherapists.

Having completed two Ironman events, several multi-day cycling challenges, and the Marathon des Sables, a gruelling self-sufficient ultramarathon across the Sahara desert, Amanda understands the physical demands of endurance sports firsthand. This insight allows her to provide tailored treatments for athletes, helping them recover from injuries, enhance performance, and prevent future issues through Sports Physiotherapy, Biomechanical Assessments, and Clinical Pilates.

Beyond sports, Amanda specialises in treating everyday aches and pains caused by work, driving, gardening, and other daily activities. Whether you are an athlete aiming for peak performance or someone looking to move more comfortably in daily life, Amanda combines hands-on physiotherapy with movement-based rehabilitation to help you feel and function at your best.
