What is Physiotherapy?

Physiotherapy helps restore movement and function when you’ve been affected by injury or an illness.

Identifying the underlying cause of a problem and teaching you how to prevent it from recurring is essential when assessing and treating you. A problem manifesting itself in one part of the body may be entirely due to an imbalance somewhere unrelated. This is why your physiotherapist is highly experienced and qualified in their assessment and treatment skills as a physiotherapist but also as a clinical Pilates instructor.

It is impossible to list all of the treatments available and conditions that we treat but these will give you an overview and please contact us to discuss how we can help you before booking an appointment.
