We know just how frustrating running injuries can be. Running is free, and it should be pain free too!

During your running assessment we start with a full history and assessment of your movements as we would during a physiotherapy initial assessment before discussing and looking at running in further detail.

Often problems are found before watching you walk or run. At the end of the assessment you will be given a bespoke programme of exercises to work on which address any imbalance with strength, stability and flexibility.

We may also discuss using insoles (orthotics) in your current trainers or suggest a change in footwear.
