Whether you are a competitive cyclist, triathlete, club rider, commuter or cycle for fun it is important that your bike is set up correctly for you and to suit your body, and a bike fit can improve your cycling performance and avoid injuries.

Your assessment will start with you, before we look at your bike, to assess your movements and to take a history of any problems that you may have, or any goals that you want to achieve, maybe with improved performance.

You will learn key exercises that every cyclist or triathlete will benefit from but also those bespoke to you and your sporting demands/injuries. We will help you to achieve your optimum cycling position by assessing your body’s ability in conjunction with your bike’s geometry, to ensure your body is cycling with maximum efficiency but also reducing the risk of injury.
